Really Helpfull & Courteous Staff

Just a quick thank you to your staff in the Aquatic Department where we purchased a garden fountain yesterday, they loaded it into my car boot after lining the boot with heavy duty cardboard, really helpfull and courteous staff especially the young lady who was very patient with us as we were trying to make our choice, I might add we thought the Thai garden was amazing well worth seeing,and a lovely restaurant to enjoy a nice meal after our long drive up from Cardiff, We both had a most enjoyable day in the best Garden Centre we have ever visited spotlessly clean and so well organized.

Good Service Pays Dividends

I would like to pass on my thanks and appreciation for your member of staff (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) who greatly assisted me with my screenmatic issues. Both on the telephone and in person he couldn't have been more helpful. Todays experience proves that good service pays dividends - Keep up the good work.
